AI engineer, data scientist and technology executive with more than 15 years of experience building artificial intelligence, machine learning, enterprise data and cloud systems across global organizations.
His career spans Fortune 500 advisory, Microsoft, the New Jersey Judiciary, New York financial services, the World Bank, Purdue University and Columbia University.
Enterprise & public-sector AI
Philip served as a Senior Technical Leader consulting to Microsoft, where he worked on production-oriented machine learning, analytics and intelligent systems. He later led AI adoption and legal analytics for the New Jersey Judiciary, developing data and machine-learning systems for complex public-sector operations.
In New York financial services, he led Business Intelligence and senior data science within a $13 billion organization, combining enterprise data, predictive analytics and decision-support systems.
From global systems to African innovation
He has advised Fortune 500 companies and government agencies on AI, machine learning and cloud-data strategy, contributed to World Bank projects, and built and led multidisciplinary technology teams across the United States, India and Kenya.
Today, that experience is being applied to a new frontier: building intelligent systems from Africa that connect AI, data, sensors and software to real-world decisions at scale.
